DESIGN
All bespoke floral commissions are guided by a thoughtful, intuitive process. Clients are invited to share details about their preferences—such as colour, mood, and any must-have elements—but moodboards are not accepted, in order to preserve the integrity of the creative direction and avoid visual repetition. This approach allows each piece to unfold naturally and beautifully.
CONTRACTS & EVENTS
A signed contract is required for all commissions involving more than one arrangement. For event and wedding work, inquiries must be submitted at least three months in advance to be considered. Deposits are required to secure all commissions, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to any large-scale event.
ORIGINALITY
Every arrangement is one of a kind, composed in the moment using what is seasonally available and naturally beautiful. Because of this, exact replications of past work are not possible. While previous designs may be used as inspiration to understand tone, palette, or mood, each piece is created uniquely in response to the materials at hand and the feeling of the occasion. Clients are encouraged to embrace the subtle differences, unexpected details, and natural movement that make every composition feel alive.
SEASONALITY
All floral work is guided by the shifting seasons and what is locally and ethically available at the time. This means no two arrangements are ever quite the same. Specific flowers may not always be accessible, but trust that selections will be made with care—prioritizing freshness, harmony, and a sense of natural rhythm. Clients are encouraged to embrace the ephemeral nature of seasonal materials and the quiet beauty in what’s fleeting.

SHOPPING BAG POLICIES
CONDITION
All items in the shop have lived lives before arriving here. Each book, garment, or object carries its own story—worn edges, softened fibres, and the subtle marks of time. These are not flaws, but signs of use and love. By purchasing, you acknowledge and celebrate that each piece is secondhand or handmade, and may bear gentle imperfections that speak to its past. All sales are final, so please reach out with any questions before purchasing.
SOURCING
If you're searching for something specific—be it a piece for your wedding, the beginnings of a capsule wardrobe, or simply something you can’t quite find—Asunto offers sourcing consultation and would be happy to help you in your search. Reach out with your vision, and we’ll see what can be found.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available within Canada only. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with potential delays during peak periods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size/weight. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide exchanges for items that are unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria or for sale and clearance items, unless otherwise stated.

Welcome to Asunto Studio. This website is operated by Asunto Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). 2. Online Store Terms
All items in our shop are offered as-is. Many are vintage or handmade and may display natural signs of age, wear, or unique variation. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged due to our error.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3. Floral Commissions
Bespoke floral commissions are created using seasonal and locally available materials. Specific flower requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to provide broad preferences (colour, mood, texture), but visual reference boards (moodboards) will not be accepted in order to preserve the originality and creative process of each piece.
Contracts are required for any commission involving more than one arrangement. Wedding and event inquiries must be submitted a minimum of three (3) months in advance to be considered. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all commissions. For large-scale projects, the full balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Sourcing & Consultations
Asunto Studio offers sourcing consultation for clients seeking specific garments or pieces. These services are subject to availability and may involve additional fees. We encourage clients to reach out through the contact form with specific requests to begin the process. As these items are curated or sourced to order, all sales are final.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and design—is the property of Asunto Studio and may not be reproduced, republished, or used in any manner without express written permission. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
